A member of staff said,

The agency provides a service for people suffering with mental health problems, making sure they get the best possible support and care they need, making sure staff are honest, reliable and trustworthy, and are kept up to date with policies and procedures and the agency is able to communicate well with staff making it easy to approach management if there is a problem and also if the service user has a problem or a worry it is dealt with straight away, rather than being left on a desk and forgotten about.”
